Soft Rolls

You only need one recipe for soft rolls and this will be your go-to recipe, so easy homemade pillowy soft buns.

Cook Time 20 minutes
Resting time 30 minutes
Total Time 1 hour 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour and extra if needed
  • 2/12 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix to form a soft sticky dough knead until smooth and about 10 minutes.
    Add more flour as needed a little at a time.
    Put the dough into an oiled bowl and cover with a dish towel and let it rise until doubled in size about an hour.
    Divide the dough into to pieces, cut each piece into 7 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
    Place the rolls on a baking sheet cover with dish tower or with a saran wrap for 30 minutes.
    Brush them with melted butter and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden.
