Easy Guacamole Recipe, on a toast or dipped with your tortilla chips. For a healthier option dip it with your cucumber, celery and carrots. Use this guacamole as a side dish my favorite is when I add it a dollop on my soups.
4 avocados
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1 small onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 roma tomatoes, diced
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 serrano peppers or jalapeno seeded, chopped
1 teaspoon salt or to taste
pinch of pepper
To make the Guacamole in a medium bowl, mash the avocados using back of a fork. Add the lime juice, mix in onion, cilantro, tomatoes, serrano, and garlic. Season with the salt and the pepper to taste. Taste and season if needed. Serve immediately.
