 Flour
 2 tsp Baking Powder
 4 Eggs
  cup Yogurt
 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  cup Canola Oil
Syrup
 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
 4 tbsp Confectioners Sugar

preheat the oven to 350f/180c

grease 8 inch/20cm pan

whisk the eggs yogurt lemon, rind, and oil in a bowl.

add the sugar, flour and baking powder.

Pour the batter into the pan and bake 40-50 minutes.

To make the syrup: mix the confectioners sugar with the lemon juice.

Pour it over to the hot cake, let the cake cool and serve.
